Founded in 2008 by Jamie Colston, Wave Baseball has grown into a non-profit 501(c)(3) run by passionate community volunteers. Together, our board and coaches work hard to give young athletes a place to learn, compete, and grow—both on and off the field.

For more than a decade, Wave focused on helping players ages 11–14 develop their skills through professional coaching, structured practices, and competitive tournament play.

In the fall of 2021, we expanded our program to include younger athletes, welcoming 8U–10U teams into the Wave family. And in Spring 2025, Wave proudly introduced its very first softball team—Lady Wave 8U—marking an exciting new chapter for our program.
